Principal's Message
At Washington Middle School, We Mean Success! Our school prides itself on doing whatever it takes to help students be successful. We recognize that we live in an ever-changing society in which the challenges of tomorrow have yet to present themselves. It is our job to ensure that WMS students can meet those challenges. In order to do so, we must teach them to be productive citizens, critical thinkers, and superb communicators. It is these philosophies that drive what we do. We truly believe that our lofty expectations can only be met by reaching out to parents, students, and the community to build a powerful system of support for all of our students.
We have three basic expectations at Washington:
- Be Respectful
- Be Responsible
- Be Safe
We hope that all WMS Broncos who walk through our doors are ready to Bring their Best. Please help us accomplish this by getting involved. We have weekly parent meetings in Rm 67 on Wednesday Mornings, and in the evening once a month. For more information about how to help your Bronco bring their best, please visit our Parent Resource Center in room 67 by the cafeteria.
I know this will be a productive and positive year!
Sincerely,
Teri Lopez
