Immunizations
Required Immunizations Records
Student’s will need the following vaccines to be enrolled:
- Polio (4)
- DTAP (5)
- MMR (2)
- HEP B (3)
- Varicella (2)
- TDAP (1)
Unless your student has an exemption/Doctor’s note all students are required to be compliant with the above vaccines. If the student is not compliant they will not be allowed to participate in in-person learning, or receive a schedule.
