Q: How will doing the work in 4th quarter help me?
A: All the work you do in the the 4th quarter will improve your Semester 2 grade.

Q: How will it improve my grade?

A: Whatever your grade is from Quarter 3, that grade will continue for Quarter 4. Any work you do can raise that grade. For example, if you have a D and want a B. Work hard enough to earn the points to raise your grade so your grade for Semester 2 is high enough for a B.

Q: Will this work help me pass the semester?
A: Yes it could.

Q: Will I be able to promote?
A: If you only have Fś in quarter 3, then this work will help you pass Semester 2.

Q: Why should I try my best?

A: This distance learning experience is so valuable. You are getting the opportunity to learn college and career skills. Earning points to improve your GPA and keeping your skills and mental health sharp is also extremely important.

Q: Should I log into my Google Classroom at the time on the schedule?

A: We understand that some of you will be helping with taking care of siblings. However, it is important for YOU to stay connected, to receive help in real time, and to keep a sense of routine in order to be ready to return to school. Being a role model for younger siblings and studying in solidarity with older siblings will only make your family stronger.
